Anyone who purchased certain Welch’s juice products may be eligible to claim up to $12 without proof of purchase from a $1.5 million class action settlement resolving claims the company made misleading claims about the products.
If you, between March 23, 2016, and Oct. 1, 2021, purchased one of the following products:
- Welch’s 100% Grape Juice Concord Grape
- Welch’s 100% Juice Red Sangria
- Welch’s 100% Black Cherry Concord Grape Juice
Please read the FAQ section of the Settlement Administrator’s website to ensure you meet all standards before submitting your claim. Claim Forms must be submitted no later than March 7, 2022.
