If you purchased food or beverages containing meat and/or dairy ingredients from Chipotle between April 27, 2015 and June 30, 2016, you could get a pro rata portion of the net settlement fund for each meal they claim. Payments per meal are capped at $2 each.

Without proof of purchase, Class Members can only claim five meals for a maximum total payment of $10. With proof of purchase, Class Members can claim 10 meals for a maximum total payment of $20.
