Two tiers of compensation are available to Class Members who file a valid claim. Tier 1 provides $0.40 per unit (can) for up to 13 units, i.e. up to $5.20 per household. Tier 2 provides the same $0.40 per unit but allows up to 100 units, or up to $40 per household. Compensation under Tier 2 requires proof of purchase.
